James has worked with almost every aspect of church ministry for the past 40+ years.  His emphasis is working with couples, family systems, divorce/step-families, children, Educators, and individuals struggling through life and specializing in addictions.  ​​God has placed a burden on his heart for the care, prayer and encouragement of pastors and their families. 

He has taught in the Education Dept. of Lesley University, Sierra Nevada College, UNLV, and CEU for Clark County School District.
